1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Non-Returnable Items

2. Refunds

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items:

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@friendpariz.net and send your item to:

4. Shipping

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at info@friendpariz.net with photographic evidence.
